I returned a ring to get a bigger size and the associate was efficient and very friendly. Te return process was super easy, no issues at all. I didn’t have. I didn’t have a receipt present so being able to look up and verify my online purchase made me stress free. I purchased another ring to add on to mine and the associate knew and got the exact one I wanted.
