Brianna offered excellent customer service and was very courteous to our mom. She was very courteous to her and focused on her hands and wrist to help facilitate a bracelet right for her. Very impressed with her detail when it came to our moms needs.

I was satisfied with my visit to pandora because my toddler was really fussy at the time and during that I started to get frustrated as well but the sales associate stayed calm and was super kind and patient. I appreciated her because she did her best and was super patient through it all.
