I was extremely excited to purchase this charm. I'm a huge fan of Karol G. The barbed wire heart is her thing. Not sure if that's why it was made but that'll be why it sales out. Love it!

The associate was very nice and helpful. She gave me plenty of options before sending me off. She understood that I did not have my bank card and gave me a gift card instead.

Staff was very friendly and patient. Realized that we didn’t have something too specific in mind, so she gave a wide selection to choose from and helped us every step of the way to purchase a beautiful and affordable ring.
