I had a problem with my bracelet falling off the associate explained to me that sometimes when I go to open the bracelet the clasp clamp may become too pushed down which causes my bracelet to fall off she showed me how to fix it and suggested I put a safety charm chain around it so that I don’t lose it in case it happen again so I bought one that matches my bracelet and I’m in love with it as it blings out my bracelet even more thank you for all you expertise
