When I Came In, all I knew I wanted was a bracelet. I was helped with the bracelet, to the clips, to 6 charms. I had the biggest smile when I walked out

The selection of sales items was good. I would have preferred being notified in advance Of your sale on my email. The associate was friendly and helpful. I was pleased that what I wanted to buy was there

Nila was very accommodating and respectful. She was knowledgeable and listened to my points and was able to offer awesome solutions and new ideas (i.e., types of rings for my arthritic hand, etc.). She was very nice to chat with and respectful. I didn't feel like I was being sold or pressured. She truly wanted to help me.
