I was looking for a bigger variety of less expensive charms and bracelets. I found a satisfactory item however I would have liked a more.

The price seems a bit expensive.

Associate acted like she had better things to do other then help. Didn’t seem to joke around either. Found product however.

It look awhile for the employees to help us with what we were looking for. She wasn’t very polite nor rude. Just have my boyfriend and I the impression she didn’t want to be there or help us. She couldn’t find the size we needed, but she did give us other options!

The customer service was unsatisfactory.

Salesperson was not helpful or knowledgeable of product I was trying to purchase. Previous visits to this store were very positive.
