She is both knowledgeable about product and provided me with a genuine and relaxed shopping experience. I am purchasing your products to memorialize my recently deceased cat, who I adored. I appreciate (Kira's) compassion and caring during my visit. I let her know that I am having a custom memorial ashes bead made and was shopping for a bracelet and companion charms, etc. She showed me the items I requested to see, offered suggestions for companion items, and taught me how to work the bracelet clasps. It was a pleasure to work with her.

We were greeted with a large welcoming smile and asked about how we were doing. She could put her hands very quickly when we explained exactly in which we were searching. Our transaction was handled smoothly and very quickly.

Store is clean, bright and easy to get around. Salesperson was knowledgeable about the merchandise, including the new items that had just came in. Salesperson was helpful and knew the items that would interest me. Merchandise was high quality.
