In deciding in-between two necklaces for a gift for my mother I was having some indecision. The sales associate helped me decide by offering me a non-rushed experience. The necklaces were displayed in front of me and I was able to go back and forth visually between the pieces. I left the decision process for a bit; (while I looked for something for myself), and came back to it with a decision made. Plus, it was fun!

Love my Pandora Store in the Battlefield Mall in Springfield, Missouri. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The store always looks amazing and the displays are fabulous.

I visited for a specific purchase; a gift for my 12 year old niece. Jasia helped me find everything I was looking for. Plus, another sales associate directed me away from the leather bracelet I came in for, and sold me on the open bangle features for long term durability. It was a happy up-sale.
