I walked in really to just look around, Alyssa asked if I was finding everything ok and if she could help me with anything. I did ask her to size my pinky finger. I didn’t have any intention of purchasing that day. But I asked her if I could see rings. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me exactly what was in my price range. She was delightful, kind and so sweet.

The store is organized. The worker was helpful. They did not seem annoyed at me trying on items. I was treated kindly and very nice.

I ordered over the phone. I do that a lot as I live out of town. When at the store it was always clean and the associates, always friendly. I enjoy shopping at your store. Wish shipping was free. Also wish you had a 24” or 26” chain for the original beads. I didn’t get one years ago when they were available. Thanks

I was highly satisfied during my visit because the staff members were very acknowledging of their customers. They were very kinda. They let me try different ring sizes instead of just forcing a size on me.

Went in for a gift and was able to get it done with helpful associate. Please make a volleyball charm! I need it for my friends bracelet!! :) thanks pandora this store is great and so are the associates. Run a new special soon too! I’m loving the new firefly charm it’s on my wish list ❤️

The girl who helped was very friendly. She also knew what she was talking about. The process went very quickly an she was very helpful!

I came in very upset and the sales associate Katelynn remained calm and sweet the entire time. She also was able to take care of my concerns with NO ATTITUDE. I can sometimes be hard to please but Katelynn provided excellent customer service. She was so good I ended up buying even more charms!!
