The sales associate was very friendly and personable. She responded to my questions efficiently and knowledgeably. She also gave her opinion without trying to influence me overly much. I appreciated her professionalism and her demeanor.

This has actually been the first time that I have visited the store in about two years. My previous experiences were not great. The sales associate was professional and treated me as an actual customer and not someone that they assumed was just browsing as sometimes we often do. I felt welcomed when I first arrived in the store!

Didn't like the fact of a Sales person standing inside doing absolutely nothing while I was in the hallway 10-15 minutes waiting to go in to make a purchase. I wanted to get more but I was upset about the wait....
