I came in with a picture reference and they looked all through the store but found exactly what I was looking for. As that was happening I was then offered for my rings and charm bracelet from previous visits to get cleaned while I was visiting.

Beonka was very sweet and helpful. She is very knowledgeable about pandora and gives helpful insight on what would be perfect for me and my style.

As a picky shopper when it comes to my jewelry, I had such a hard time picking my newest piece. However, the sweet saleswoman Angie was ever so patient with me and gave me the greatest feedback. This experience left me more likely to forsake all other jewelry companies than experience a negative environment somewhere else! Truly magnificent job!

Sales associate actually listened to what I was looking for. She also helped me to find other items that I might be interested in.
