I was picking up a replacement for a broken bracelet and was very pleased with the communication each time I was contacted. After deciding on another charm, I was thrilled to have everything cleaned. Vanessa was great!

Karla was so helpful when I came into the store! I had found a charm online that I wanted to buy for a friend, and she was able to find it right away! We talked about how much we loved charms and I actually ended up buying one for myself also!
