They were so nice telling me what I need to keep my charm together! It was a also a fun experience looking at all the charm. But they were also the sweet and respectful

I went in looking for a birthday gift but had no idea what to get. The only thing I knew was that I wanted a charm for my sister's bracelet and after talking to Holly and looking at some charms she pulled out a newer charm that was perfect for the bracelet

The gal who helped me was more than patient with me as I’m picking out my charms for my bracelet! She was a saint!

The salesperson, Holly M., was very helpful and friendly.

Upon entering the store I knew exactly what I was looking for and wanted. The sales associate knew exactly which item I was looking for and got it for me without hesitation. She was very knowledgeable of the product and helped with great enthusiasm

Great staff! The staff is very nice and outgoing. They always help me find what I’m looking for. The staff always has so much patience with me because I’m constantly always changing my mind haha! I love the girls that work there. Pandora is my go to store for jewelry!!💕

I love Pandora’s product, but sometimes I get intimidated to go into store and shop. I don’t want to be hassled or sold to. I typically don’t have anything specific that I’m shopping for, im just looking for what catches my eye. However, this time, I was looking for something specific! It was my birthday and I was hoping to find the Marvel infinity stones ring. This visit was excellent because at no point did I feel pressured to purchase! The woman that assisted my mom and I was really helpful, nice, and patient. I was specifically looking for the Marvel ring (which was available in my size! Yay!), but my mom was just shopping around. She’s a picky shopper and requires a lot of attention. Haha. The associate assisting us found my Marvel ring quickly and then was patient with my mom as she tried on multiple styles and tried to pair 2 stackables together. This was my first time making a purchase and I’m so happy it was an enjoyable experience! Definitely making Pandora a go-to “special event” stop for my anniversary/birthday/holidays!
