I got a ring in a size 7 July 11th. I realized later it may be to big, so I went back July 12th. Size 6 was not available, so I either had to keep it or spend more money to get a different ring. So I had to keep the too big ring. Because they couldn’t just give the other ring that was more. It wasn’t my fault that store did not my size. I should not ha e to pay more.

It was an outlet store and I wish they were able to get new products as well.

They were doing a good job of safety but standing in line to get in and then having to watch other shoppers was inconvenient.

This transaction was great, my associate Mckinzie was professional and willing to go the extra mile to assist me. This transaction was not done in the store so I can not tell you it was highly satisfied. Pretty sure if I was there I would have found more to purchase. I have been in the store, I am not in the same state as the store. Please don't take the scoring as a negative.

I was looking for charms that had military themed. The sales gal wasn't sure if you had them too. She was very friendly but she seemed new and sure on deals either.

I expected to find more beads that represented the location where I made my purchase. The members of the store made a significant effort to have beads that represented the local town. This is a popular tourist area and I expected something local.

I had to wait as there were only 2 people working.

Great service and price was good. No problems. Maybe back for a purchase for myself or another gift.
