Overall experience was great. When I got home I realized that the sales person gave 2 of the same charm instead of 2 different charms. Exchanging is difficult since I’m not from that area

Prices were not readily and quickly available and took took much time just for pricing. I was overcharged on 2 possibly 3 items. We were on vacation so it wasnt possible to return to the store to fix the mistakes...

The associates assumed I was with someone else although I did not come in with that person. As a result of their assumption it took them awhile to acknowledge us

The place was wonderful, the lady at the door was very welcoming and had great customer service. The lady who helped me purchase my items was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable.

I asked the manager lady wearing glasses why one of my rose gold plated charm color fade so bad less then six months. She didnt give me a direct anwser. Instead just said it wont fade! But the fact the color is fade! I always take the bracelet off before shower or go to bed.

I have a ring I purchased from a Pandora store about 4 years ago. It has lost a small stone in the band. This store did was not able to do anything about it. However, she was kind enough to give me a brochure with a phone number where hopefully someone can help me.

Helpful staff. Great customer service.
