Pandora Jewelry

I was out of town.

Did not have the charms that I was looking for.

There wasn’t anything wrong. Just wished some of the selection I was looking for was in stock.

We get an assistance from jennifer b at branson tanger. She was great . She help us to find some cute charms but I think she still charge us for giving us a free jewelry care kit

I specifically went in to have my jewelry cleaned, but the cleaner was down.

I don't "Over rate" any business on my first visit.

It was a great experience. The sales rep was a little excited about our visit and we felt a little pressured instead of letting us look around first.

The sale association was ok. I was just asking for merchandise.. they did not have it. They were sold out!

I was satisfied with my purchase. The store that day was so crowded. Nothing anyone could have controlled. Some associated seller were on training which is understandable some of them need extra time to print the bills and to get where they need on the system to do everything correctly. Nobody fault!

The sales associate was distracted by other customers. She tried to handle more than one customer at a time. She made me feel like she felt I was not going to make a purchase as she tried to place my charm back in the showcase when I was actually ready to purchase and had to tell her so!
