I was immediately greeted upon my arrival! Eriika and Erin were so kind and listened to my story of how I lost my ENTIRE Pandora bracelet on vacation in Denver, Co. They helped me pick out a new bracelet and showed me charms that they knew I would love! I'm extremely impressed with both of these ladies and I would hire them if I were still in HR for AT&T! Very clean store! Superb employees! I WILL return to see these fine ladies!

We came in right at closing time and the associate came up to and greeted us and was very friendly she helped me get what I needed and was very friendly the whole time even thou it was closing time.

I enjoyed the shopping experience. I knew exactly what I wanted when I stopped in. I felt comfortable however, I felt a bit rushed. The lady that helped me was not very engaging. Pandora merchandise is based on experiences and personal memories. It should be included in sales. Ask more questions. Talk in a personal way about charms and bracelets. What makes the jewelry special to me? How did I start my collection? Questions to engage with the customer and make it feel like a “moment”.

One of the charms I wanted to purchase was out of stock, but being Christmas week that is understandable.

I had to wait about 10 minutes because there were only 2 associates helping customers. I think they could have said “sorry we’re short staffed but we will help you shortly.” I like your jewelry but I do think it’s overpriced.

There were only 2 people working. It’s kinda annoying when you have to wait over 20 minutes for assistance when you already know what you’re looking for but it’s locked behind a glass counter.
