Very satisfied with the store, staff etc. only problem is they were out of the charm I needed to replace. They were able to give me instructions on how to get the charm replaced and I purchased another charm as well. They actually emailed my receipt but I accidentally deleted. I don't suppose I could get another copy.

Was looking for Christmas retired charms and found several. Loved the prices. Cant usually afford full retail prices

The sales associate was very friendly and willing to show me several different options. I am indecisive and she was very patient with me. She even suggested some items that were on sale instead of just trying to upsell me because they were items she thought I might like.
