When we walked into the store we were immediately greeted by a well groomed store employee representing your brand name of quality. She knew the merchandise stock. She made recommendations after inquiring of our interests. We added to my bracelet and returning today to build a bracelet for our grand-daughters 16th birthday.

The salesperson was very helpful and pleasant.

The only suggestion I have is that it would have been helpful to have the retired pieces in one area so the customer can locate easily, especially when you have a sale on retired pieces. I felt like I was taking too much of the salespersons time asking for more and more trays of retired pieces. I would have liked to look at all the trays together by myself for awhile without the salesperson, then with the sales associate her time would have been better used.
