Found what I wanted and the associate was very nice

Love coming to this store. Sale persons are not pushy but always very helpful in finding what is needed.

I have several pieces of Pandora and appreciated finding the sales that were going.

I was highly satisfied because the sales associate was great! They were busy in the store and she juggled 3 customers and sales at one time and never made me feel neglected. She was very knowledgeable and was well aware of what was in her store. They had a refreshing beverage there for customers as well. My overall experience was fabulous and my sales associate was the main reason why. I don't remember her name but I'm sure you can track her by my location purchase and tell her thank you for me!

We were on my bday trip and walked in to purchase a cleaning kit and new charms. Erika P. was my personal sales associate as she explained the kit and different deals to me and kindly assisted me in choosing 2 new charms for my bracelet. She was so good that, after my first purchase, she then convinced me to purchase the retired leather bracelet in pink and 2 new charms for that one. The service was kind and genuine on all levels. When visiting Branson again, I will definitely be paying a visit to this location. Thanks Erika P!!!!!

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. She also showed me items that were on sale, which I appreciated. Overall, I was very pleased with my shopping experience there.

The manager of the store was very friendly and nice and helpful. Megan S was very nice and helpful showing us all the charms. I think by her being so friendly and and taking the time showing us all the charms and helping to design where to put the new charms we ended up buying 5.
