My first time visiting a outlet store. Like the supply of the retired charms. There was so many to choose from.

Jordan was fantastic. Helped me right away as she knew I was in a hurry. Megan also found an tem I needed very quickly. Also had necklace with broken clasp under warranty. Unfortunately, they did not have a replacement on hand, directed me to Customer service number. This store is always helpful, clean , and eager to please. I druve a long distance just to go to this particular pandora store!
