The associate helped us find exactly what we were looking for and did most of the searching for us. She also gave me helpful advice for sales and details of the outlet that I wasn't aware of...great service!

The pandora store in Branson, MO was more helpful than the store in Springfield, MO. The associate helped me in a timely manner. The associate listened to me and helped me with my bracelet where the charm stopper didn't work and I couldn't get my charms off. She was sweet and down to earth. I have never had this great of experience in a jewelry store as I did today
