Our sales associate, Dina, was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, energetic, and patient. She helped my husband and I select charms and showed me how to add them to my bracelet. We can't say enough great things about her. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting with her.

The employees were so sweet and knew the answers to all my questions! They had everything I wanted plus more. lol We LOVE going to this Pandora store everytime we go on vacation there!

Salesclerk, Mariah was AMAZING!!!! Love what I selected and she showed me how to put my bracelet on by myself. Didn’t wear a lot because of the frustrating issue.

Sales staff were very knowable and friendly. I had received a bracelet for christmas and it was to big and needed to exchange it. It had been longer than 90 days but the manger was eager to help me and could see I hadn't worn it much and there was no damage so she replaced it with smaller size bracelet. I purchased two clips because they were so nice to exchange the bracelet . I live approximately 90 miles from Branson, MO but will make the drive to give them my bussiness.
