The associates were friendly and helpful. However, this was an order via phone and many of these questions aren't relevant. The shipping cost is insanely high for one charm. It is totally unjustified and akin to price gouging.

Kim and Jordan went above and beyond with my purchase. I purchased the laurel leaves ring and had it shipped to my house in NJ. GREAT CUSTIMER SERVICE!!!!

I wasn't really looking for anything but my husband insisted we go in. He then asked for Disney items and Jordan M showed us what was available. He then chose a Mickey/Minnie item for my Disney bracelet. What's not to be highly satisfied about that!
