I had a very good experience in the store. The employee that the store was well knowable and that helped out a lot.

I visited the Pandora Outlet store in Branson, MO. All of the employees, but especially Dina and Erin are always so friendly, patient, and kind. Because of the employees, the Branson Outlet store is my favorite Pandora store.

To be honest, I have never been a Pandora person. I was with my cousin and she wanted to go inside to purchase a charm. The lady we dealt with was so nice and spent a lot of time with us. You were have a GREAT sale and so I decided to buy my mother a gift. It was a really nice experience and who knows...I might become a Pandora person after all!

I brought in a broken charm, and I have owned the charm for a while. They exchanged it for me, which was totally unexpected. I am so thankful that they exchanged that charm, because it was one of the first ones my husband bought for me. Thank you for going above and beyond.
