I had purchased the Pandora birthstone hearts collection bracelet Back in February and one of the stones was out of stock. I ordered the stone in store with another associate at Justice Jewelers, which ended up being out of stock from the line being discontinued and I was directed to call Pandora in Branson to see what they had left in stock. I called and they held it for me until I made arrangements, I eventually had it shipped to me. The associates I spoke to were so helpful and accommodating! I received my jewelry within 2 days of calling them!! Very happy to complete my birthstone bracelet! :)

Lisa was great to work with and put up with my indecision! She was fun and joked with me when I gave her a hard time, making the shopping experience enjoyable and not a boring interaction. The part time sales lead was also very helpful when we had questions! I stop in every time I visit Branson!
