The staff here always treat my mother and I with respect and they don't get annoyed when we ask a million different questions. They are always patient and understanding with us.

Erin Briley was fantastic to work with while there and in listened to my ideas for charms and suggesting perfect ideas. She suggested a charm that I hadn't thought of and ending up buying it! Great sales associate and friendly staff! I was disappointed the store didn't have the Missouri Tigers charm.
