We were on vacation and walked in, just browsing. My wife saw a leather bracelet she like, the clerk let us know that it was a retired piece that was very discounted and also showed her some pendants that looked very good with it. We were very pleased with the service we received.

The lady that helped me was super nice and helpful. She didn't rush me even though I had a lot of questions.

Store was busy but got waited on right away.

The return process was great. I had purchased several charms and a bracelet 7 months earlier for a lady in Argentina and she wanted to exchange a charm. We didn’t have a receipt anymore but the looked up the earlier sale and allowed us to exchange.

Julia was extremely helpful. She was knowledgeable about the products. Julia listened to my likes and showed me items that I was looking for.

I like sales and this weekend's sale was great. I purchased over $100 of merchandise and received a free gift. Some of my purchase was as gifts and I was provided individual jewelry bags for each. The sales rep was very patient and helpful.

Dina the sales associate was fantastic. She made our shopping experience absolutely wonderful. She greeted us promptly and spent all the time we wanted helping us look at charms. She made the experience worth the 4 hour drive to get to the store.
