I came in wanting to look and bracelets. I was greeted by Kimberly L and she was quite attentive to my wants. I explained that I wanted a grandmother's bracelet. Kimberly was patient and made suggestions based on what I said.

I was able to find items no longer available at my local outlet. As always, the customer service at this store is above all others. I love the cheerful attitude, the awesome product knowledge and suggestions, and always being able to find something I "need."
