A while back, my wife lost her bracelet due to someone stealing it. I called, Kim at the Branson location was able to look up the previous bracelet I had bought, and all the charms and place them on hold for me. After work I came with my wife to pick up the new bracelet and she was so excited because it was her anniversary present, we even added a few extra charms! I loved the quality of customer service experienced by Kim, not to mentioned she was very helpful and fast on the phone when I called!
