I buy bracelet less then week turn black.I took it in they clean it but still grayish. I brought four bracelets had gifts now I’m worry they will turn.

We had never purchased a Pandora bracelet before so we weren’t sure where to start. The sales associate (Mackenzy L) took us step by step of what we would need. She explained the pros of each of the items needed for the bracelet so we felt like we were able to make an informed decision. When picking out the size of bracelet she explained about how much space would be needed for it to fit properly with all the charms but still allow some extra room for my daughter to grow.

Paris is the sales associate that’s helping us during our shopping (Tanger Outlet, Branson MO). Very knowledgeable and helpful during the process. Highly recommended and we had an enjoyable time visiting as well. She delivered a great shopping experience and we will definitely come back again!

It's usually a good experience at Pandora. Occasionally, I find an associate that doesn't have time for me, but most of the time, and this time for sure, the associate took time to show me all I wanted to view. I bought 2 charms.
