Kim was my sales representative, she was friendly and professional. Knowledgeable and patient with my questions and indecisiveness. She took the time to answer all my questions even when I questioned price she double checked to make me feel more comfortable with my purchase. She even allowed me to add another person to the call who in turn made a bigger purchase than I did. Kim handled two sales at once like a pro and never complained. Pandora is lucky to have such dedicated staff and without hesitation I tell people about my experience and share her name.

We drove 90 minutes one way just to go to the Branson Pandora Store. It is a great store. I love the sale items offered.

Procedures were in place to protect the health of customers during this pandemic. Sales associate catered to personal interests in showing products. The cost of the sale items were amazing!
