Libby was very knowledgeable about the charms and showed me several great choices. I purchased two!

The sales associate was very prompt to welcome us. She asked questions to determine our needs. She informed us of the discounts we would be receiving. She told us when the sale would be over. I told her I wanted to buy another bracelet for my daughter and she committed to being in the store to help on our return the following Monday. This by far is the best experience I have had in all the Pandora stores I have visited!

Codi was the sales associate and she was wonderful. I came in to purchase a lighthouse charm, but that was not available. But she showed me a few other things and I purchased a new bracelet with charms - I am very happy with the purchase as well. She was very patient and worked to get everything perfect. This was my first time at this Pandora's and will definitely be going back.
