I received a ring as a gift and a stone fell out. I called and asked if it would be replaced with a new one. When I got to the store, they had my new ring with my name on it ready to go.

I was highly satisfied becauseI love Pandora jewelry. Secondly, the store is in a convenient location. The main reason I was satisfied is because of the staff, especially the manager of the store. They always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied and have the best experience.
