Talked with Kim, the sales associate on the phone. She was familiar with the items that we asked for, held the items back for us to pick up & pleasantly chatted with us about our purchase when we arrived.

The staff and store were great! Very good all the way around! Will come here to shop at this store since we own a vacation home here! Could shop at another one but really liked the ladies running this one

Everyone was very friendly and took the time to show my special needs child any charm she wanted to look at. They treated her like a special guest and it was wonderful. If we lived closer we would be back every time we needed a new charm.
