We love the location in Branson. Kim the store manager so friendly and helpful and she always seems to know what I am looking for. She also is always willing to go back and check prior purchase so I do not buy the same charm again. Sidenote an app that allows me to log all my purchases would be great.

The associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made recommendations and answered my questions. This was an outlet store so when they didn't have several of the charms I was looking for, she referred me to another location. I ended up placing an online order when I got home instead.
