The girl was rude at first but as soon as she notice I was about to buy something and she was about to get a lot of money out of me she started being nicer.

It’s not that I wasn’t satisfied. I just believe the customer service could’ve been better. There were associates doing their job, but they weren’t too friendly. Kind of made me feel awkward.

The sales associate in branson missouri, at the outlet was not very welcoming. She did not care to help me, and was biased off of my age and race. She did not think i was going to purchase any jewelry. her whole demeanor changed once i bought the jewelry she was friendly after i purchased it. Her name was HAVEN

The first sales associate started to help us - I was with 2 other women. Then she just left us to assist a couple that came in after us. She spent at least 20 minutes with this couple and left us waiting. Finally another associate helped us. And all of us purchased items.

I use to love this store and would always buy several items based on sales clerk recommendations. They were not helpful at all today. So disappointed as this was always my first stop when I came to Branson mO to visit. No recommendations and clerk didn’t appear to want to help. I did but a bracket but no charms as I was t sure what to put on it. Know leadership is changing but not sure if I will return. Potentially losing a loyal customer that spent at least 200 per visit.

im getting really tired of only shopping online. there are products we prefer to look at in person to check fit and if it looks good. and every single time i go in this particular store i am not greeted and am talked down to and not shown anything. they are always rude. i assure you i have more in cash in my wallet than their whole paycheck multiple cards and a pandora card not to mention my tattoos cost more than most cars. so dang what i have tattoos and threw on crappy but comfy clothes and a pair of crocs to go walk around mall to take my daughter shopping. get it to together

I was looking for a new bracelet. When I was there I saw some beautiful charms and economical clips. No one informes me that I could not return any retired charms/clips. When I came back to return them, they refused saying nothing retired could be returned. I paid attention to the people coming in and out of the store and no one told the other patrons either. They were quick to point out the retired and discounted charms but that's it.

The sales associate was not pleasant and made us feel like she was doing us a favor by cleaning our bracelets. We asked about how to go about replacing a charm we bought in London that had broken. It was of the Palace Guard, his body broke off of his hat. We did not take the broken piece in as we didn't know we would be stopping at the store. She told us she didn't think it was Pandora and they didn't have it in the store anyway so yeah. Even after purchasing 7 charms she still managed to make me feel like I was an imposition to her.

The first time we walked in all sales associates were with customers (understandable) but we were never greeted and stood around for 20-30 minutes waiting to buy charms. We left and came back later that same day and worked with a sales associate that acted like we were a bother. We always look forward to coming to this particular store but we will more than likely not be returning due to the lack of customer service.
