Merchandise selection could have been better and did not have size 10 rings.

The merchandise was a little pricier than expected. The greeter was a little pushy. Hard to locate a certain type of charm I was looking for.

I think the product is slightly over priced. NOt the staff's fault. They even suggested I ask for a picture of a current bracelet to avoid duplicate beads. I did find the 16 for our granddaughter's 16th birthday and also the grand piano si ce same granddaughter takes piano lessons. Just very pricey, in my opinion.

Thought there would be bigger bargains. On last visit got retired beads at a larger saving.

Clerk very friendly, helpful and patient while I made decisions

I picked three items prices changes several times upon getting home I see I overpaid what the consultant told me it would be seemed the retired prices were not consistant she would tell me a price then change it,,,,, never happened that way before in that store

Prices on some of the retired charms were too high

The experience was good. Nothing is going to be perfect.

Well I went to pandora in Branson outlets and the lady that help me was being a little rude and she was like not in a good mood when I got there she show me the almost cheap rings like if I didn’t have money and that kind of bother me and her name is Jennifer B
