Jewelry was under the counter and couldn't clearly see under the glass. Wanted to be able to see all to make a selection.

Staff was extremely helpful even though they were very busy. One thing that I was disappointed about was that the store did not offer a military discount. The store I visited was in Tanger in Branson, MO., and Pandora was the ONLY STORE THAT DIDN’T offer a military discount during my 4 days in Branson. Your company is missing a great opportunity to honor the people who serve the country. Get on board!

The only reason I was not highly satisfied is because they did not have the bracelet I was looking for in stock anymore. The sales clerk gave me the number for another store that supposedly has some in stock, but said she could not call for me. I haven't called yet but hope to soon. Everything else was great about the store and the sales clerk that helped me.

AFTER, I pd for my charm, I ask about an exchange or return, because it was a christmas gift. It was then, she told me it was a discontuined item, and not returnable..NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

It was Black Friday weekend. Very crowded. It wasn't anybody's fault or problem. I just wasn't expecting so many people.

This was my third trip to the store while on vacation and could not get serviced. On the third trip in the store (on Different Days) I then found out you had to get signed in to receive service (waiting list). Then to only find out while being serviced that beads were really no cheaper than if I had ordered online and used my vacation time more wisely.

I always have a good experience at PANDORA. However, I went during Black Friday so it took a few minutes for someone to help me. I was also not aware that a deal I had seen online was not available at that store.
