The merchandise I was returning is no longer available. I was then required to exchange my bracelet for a more expensive one.

You were not allowed to just look at the charms. They would pull on charm out and keep the others stacked in the case so you didnt see the whole selection.

It was Thanksgiving weekend and had to wait in line for sale associate. It was very difficult to get checked out. Looking code up in a book by flipping pages is not an efficient method to be able to scan the price of an item

I went in to have my bracelet cleaned. I should not have to write down all the description of my charms. I was told at first I had to be a Pandora cardholder to have it cleaned. I guess cash customers aren’t valued.

I went to the Pandora Outlet to look for a specific item that is no longer in your regular store. The associate was not the friendliest. And there was only one other associate and he never even made eye contact with me. He was busy with items on a table. This location did not have the item I was looking for so I asked the associate if she could help me locate the item I was looking for I described the item and she did not recognize with my description so I showed her on my phone she proceeded to let me know they longer had the color I wanted and that I'd have to find it at another store. She looked up some Pandora Outlets across the country and gave me two that had a minimum amount of the item I wanted. I had to ask for the store that had more to ensure the probability of fining it. I took the outlets store names she gave me and thanked her. I had to go home and google search each store to find the items. No one else was in the store accept me and just felt she could've given me better customer service by calling to find the item for me. I was able to locate it and purchased two of the items. Pandora's customer service at this location can stand to be improved.

I traveled to Branson outlet mall and decided to stop by. Fortunately have the promotion, they very friendly and nice. The store have a lot of beautiful products. Recommend come again

It was an outlet store and expected somewhat lower prices . 3 if the charms were full price one was retired at a little lower price. Had to look at trays under the glass. Sales person was nice and maybe it’s your policy not to set a tray out for customer to pick up a charm and look at it??? I was also expecting a larger selection to shop from. Pandora also needs to design a poodle charm!

I was at the outlet store but still paying full price for items and yet the selection was limited. I would have liked there to be more choice and/or better deals. There should be more variety in travel charms for the areas of the world. I was in Branson and there is no Branson charm available.

I signed up for a card & should have gotten 10% off. I went back the next day & they took care of it with no problem at all. They were very nice about it & knew what to do. Most all of my experience was great. I just think it's very pricey for charms & beads. I had gift money or I probably wouldn't have spent that much on the charm I got. I got the bracelet & a charm for retiring. Several have gotten me gifts for it & it is becoming quite beautiful & fun.
