Called to confirm availability. Spoke to Kaitlyn. She was so friendly and professional she confirmed the availability of the item and held it until I could drive the 2 hours there. She was then helpful, once there to find just the right beads to complement my new bracelet. Thank you Kaitlyn!

Donald G was knowledgeable on merchandise. He pulled out charms that are retired for me since I am a huge Disney fan and I was able to buy 2 charms that I had wanted but retired before I could purchase them.

The associate was so knowledgeable about all the products she showed me!! Unlike at “the Three Bears” store, who didn’t even bother to take my email OR tell me about the warranty with receipt! However these lovely ladies topped my night off! They were wonderful and made my experience such a good one!
