The Associate, Janeshia was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We were highly satisfied with our visit because hallie made it easy for us to find what we were looking for. She helped me pick a great ring that can blend with my engagement ring. Overall the visit was great and we will definitely be returning!

I love Pandora and how helpful the staff is. However, I would also like to be able to look without being asked constantly if I need to look at something or telling me all about something I am looking at. The staff constantly stare at me and my family.

I love the pandora experience. The sales rep seemed very knowledgeable. Crystal R didn’t hesitate to offering me different styles of jewelry if something didn’t fit my needs.

While I am a HUGE fan of a certain other "silver-oriented" jewelry store, they just didn't have what I was looking for. Pandora has always had a good reputation, but I thought they would be far more expensive, so I never visited. I was SO pleasantly surprised and Pandora had just what I wanted! I spent considerably more for my purchase - but I also bought FOUR rings vs maybe one as they were just. that. perfect for me! Halle was so ON TOP of her game - she was pleasant, understanding (about my big knuckles) and really knew her products! We "cut to the chase" and I made my selection and was checked out in a timely manner. Kudos to both Halle and the store for having sufficient - friendly - clerks!
