The sales associate who helped me was extremely rude. She was not helpful with trying to help me decide what I was wanting. When I did decide she made it clear to me she didn’t think I could afford what I had picked out.

The sales associate was rude and wasn't much help and was just rushing and didn't even want to look to even check for anything that was asked. Everytime I've asked for certain charms or a particular bracelet she said was out but yet online it showed it was in stock and that was the purpose of going there.

Gabriela was very rude. Rushed me to buy my merchandise I was very disappointed. I shop at this location all the time and has never experience a bad sale.

The Green Hills Pandora Store in Nashville TN used to be one of my favorite stores to go to shop for nice jewelry. I love Pandora jewelry. However, the sales associates in this store are so rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and dress very sloppy. They have the worst attitudes there! Honestly, I was shocked because Pandora is suppose to be such a nice store. I understand that they are busy bc it is Black Friday weekend however, I don’t mind waiting but I can not tolerate the attitude I experienced. Even the customer next to me was saying the same thing. I did not feel like my sales associate wanted to help me pick things out and put things together for myself and the Christmas presents I was trying to purchase. She just seemed annoyed at me every time I asked her a question. She was not friendly, not happy to serve her customers. She never even smiled at me. I do not she she even likes her job. I will not be going back to this store to buy my Pandora jewelry unless the customer service changes.

My purchase was not bagged. When I returned to obtain it, the Lilly stated that she did not know where it was. She bagged the items away from me so I never seen them put in the bag and she claimed she forgot to bag the items. Lilly was rude and condescending toward me. She refunded the purchase and I left. I will never return to Pandora again. The store should be investigated.

Drove to Nashville, TN coming from West TN to a Pandora store. Not only was it a drive sense there isn’t many Pandora stores, but I paid almost $500 for a ring that is same thing on Pandora’s website for $100 with FREE shipping 3-5 days. (I got curious and looked up the info that’s carved into the ring.) Tell me how much ripped off we are. This isn’t only time I’ve been disappointed. Bought from them couple years back and the diamonds/fake diamonds/crystals whatever it was fell out. Oh and they trick you saying you have a YEAR ago return the ring. Yeah to fix it, they fail to tell you that you have 30 days for a refund or an exchange. The Year warranty that’s free only applies to fix the ring in that year, NOT a refund in that whole year. Will be telling everybody how terrible Pandora is.

The salesperson Kameron No 169541 onn5/27/18 was not knowledgable of the jewelry and not very engaging which is not typical of the service that I receive at the Green Hills Store. it was almost like she didn't want to help me and I felt rushed out of the transaction. I asked if this is the only size of the bracelet that I purchased she said yes and did not research to check if there is a larger size of the bracelet that I was purchasing. I trusted her and got home and it was too small and discovered that there is a larger size of the bracelet. I had to make an extra trip that was not necessary to the store for an exchange. Very unhappy with this particular visit.

It was Nurse Appreciation and the store said they never received their Nurse charms in inventory. I would've like to be able to purchase a nurse charm for my recent graduation from nursing school! Also the 25% off was only for that day so we could not use it to buy a nurse charm.

I was charged on my credit card twice. They don't answer phone calls and they have very rude customer service.

The charm that I purchased the sales associate told me it was 40 dollars but when she finally found it in the book after looking in two different books it rung up for 50 dollars. I said to her i thought it was 40 dollars and she said she was wrong she was just guessing. That made me very unhappy.
