First the associate had me thinking that the purchase I had was purchased as one ring but it was actually sold separate. Second I had a coupon from doing this survey and it was working so it was not honored they said I had to call back on Monday to the corporate office to see why it wasn’t working

The sales associate kept making remarks in regards to my granddaughter that she would bring her down a level. She is a diva. My granddaughter is 9 and never said a word to the associate nor was she meddling or touching things. She is very prissy and had boots on so she was walking louder than normal. I think its very inappropriate for a representative of a company to make remarks. I did just agree with the rep because I'm not 1 for drama.

I went in the store looking for a specific piece. It took them 30 minutes to find the price. The sales associate that was waiting on me was rude and she ended up letting someone else finish waiting on me. It was not a good expierence. I should have never made the purchase because I left there and went to Pandora at Cool Springs and got excellent customer service from Lucy. I will be returning there this weekend to see Lucy for my purchase.

Returning a ring because the stone fell out. Salesperson, Kaye acted like the ring was not yours. She measured it and said it was not a size that you carried. She was rude, a snob, and demeaning. I had to google it and show a picture to prove it was one of your rings. After I expressed that I would like to speak with someone from your company other than the store she became more helpful. After speaking with her manager, by phone in the back of the store she was able to "magically" find one in the display case. This was after she told me at least 5 times that she had worked there for over a year and had never seen this ring. She was a snobbish -----.

I bought a Heart charm Pandora bracelet on 7/14/22 for my wife bday. The clasp on the bracket broke on her in Sept 2022 . I returned it to the store I purchased it from and was replaced on the spot. It broke again on my wife 2 weeks ago. We went to the store to get it replaced, but was told by an associate after 90 days it wasn’t eligible to be replaced. I was very disappointed and angry. When I initially bought this gift for my wife I was informed I had a 1 yr warranty on her bracket. I see this as false advertisement. The sales associate last was very nonchalant and arrogant, but a different sales associate assisted my wife and and I. Now my wife is not able to wear her bracelet and charms I m very disappointed in Pandora and their hidden policies on their merchandise.

I’ve shopped with Pandora for a long time, usually on- line or with our local authorized retail seller. This was the first time I ever shopped in a Pandora store. I felt like we were a burden to The Sales associate. She was NOT Helpful at all and I am not finished reaching out to someone about her!! You would think that someone would be excited about their purchase when leaving, I am not. I still don’t know what size ring my daughter was given, I love my item I bought, but not too excited about shopping in that store. Sadly, I guess it will be back to on-line shopping for me.
