The associate that assisted with my wife and I was not helpful. No helpful suggestions were made when we discussed what we were looking for and it was my wife's birthday present. Very disappointed.

The sales lady didn’t have tact.She was not listening to me. I told her the bracelet was not the correct size, she wasn’t listening. She was speaking to my 13 about the fit, totally ignoring me. I am paying so she needs to direct information to me. She was shaking her head at customer about and, the customer was my son. She was telling me the order was online. I told her I purchased at the store. I was very unhappy when I left this location. I can say the manager did allow me to exchange consider I was one day over return policy.

My 12 year old daughter and I went in the Green Hills store to purchase a ring for her birthday. She was very excited to spend her birthday money from her grandparents only to find she couldn't actually put the ring on her finger to try the size. Seriously? The sales associates touch the product, we touched the product, but she can't slip this hard metal, easily cleaned ring on her finger for two seconds to try the size? Beyond ridiculous. Especially given that we stood right there in the store and watched a man make a return on jewelry that had obviously been touched, in his home and probably TRIED ON. Come on... the pandemic is real and precautions should be taken but this is ABSURD. Do better, Pandora. Use some common sense.

The sales associate who assisted me made me wait for over 5 minutes to serve me whilst she wrapped a charm, which she could’ve have completed after she had served me. Also, upon returning home, I opened my charm box to see my charm which was dirty. Now I have a dirty pandora charm exclusive to Nashville that I cannot exchange.

To get help took WAY too long. We stood in the store for almost 10 minutes before somebody came over to even help us, we were walking out before they finally got to us. I knew what I wanted and my transaction took no more than 2 minutes. While I am waiting to check out she is trying to up-sell me on something I do NOT need for my bracelet. I just wanted to leave and get out.

I was trying to exchange/repair an item and also purchase. One of my bracelets was missing a stone, but it was a gift and I did not have a receipt. A receipt couldn't be found in the system, so nothing was done to repair/exchange it and I'm stuck with a broken product. One item I wanted, the store did not have. I think it's ridiculous that an item that is clearly yours, can't be exchanged or fixed without a receipt.

Called to put something on hold. Was told they didn’t have it after giving the name and style number. Got there and paid for something more expensive then I wanted just to find out as I’m leaving they have the earrings I called about originally. First as we were doing the return/exchange she was going to price override the earring I was exchanging to a more expensive price to even the exchange. I said no I wanted my money back since they were less expensive. Then as we’re doing the exchange/refund they told me I was going to have to pay $5 more for a pair of earrings that were $5 cheaper. They acted like they were gonna try to charge me more instead of giving me back money. No one seemed to know what they were doing honestly

I was wanting to take a rope Pandora bracelet to be repaired and was told that the company does not do that. I am very disappointed that a bracelet that costs that much cannot be repaired. Other jewelry stores also refuse to repair them and this is very upsetting. I had thought Pandora was a reputable company that backed their products, but I was very displeased in this aspect. The employee was not very knowledgeable in the products, and the store was disorganized. It took her a long time to find the types of leather bracelets we were asking to see. We also did not see any leather rope bracelets on display with the exception of premade bracelets to purchase as a set.
