I purchased a ring almost a year ago from Pandora and it was rusting so I wanted to replace it. On your website, it says there is a 2 year warranty, I have it screenshotted on my phone. The sales associate argued with me and told me it was one year. It didn’t really matter because it hadn’t been a full year since my purchase, but that was just odd. Then she charged me the difference of the price of the ring from last year when I bought it to this year. That seems completely unreasonable. I’m using my warranty because your product didn’t hold up the way you ensured it would, and now I’m paying for that? Completely unfair and unreasonable and doesn’t make me want to recommend or return to a Pandora

I ask the employee for a particular charm, she responded by saying.. those charms are all around the store. Never offered to help locate the charm the other employee finally came out and assisted me.

The individual that provided assistance was not attentive, rude, was not accommodating when I wanted to try on different styles and size. Became frustrated when I was pointing out the ring styles I wanted to try. Stating "I don't know when one you are talking about." Would not allow me to touch or point to the ring I specifically wanted. Spoke negatively about another customer while waiting on me. Reports that customer couldn't afford the price of an item she was looking at. States, "I hope she knows that bracelet costs 1,000 dollars!". Didn't offer a bag, box, or anything after purchase of my item. The worst experience I ever had at Pandora store. The only reason I purchased the item and did not walk out was because of the quality of items and past good customer experience I have had at all other Pandora stores. Thank you.

Sales associate seemed to be very uncomfortable. She was very shaky and nervous. Could not provide me with any recommendations or maybe did have the knowledge. I told her in I was shopping for a graduate. She did not realize that it was the year 2022. Wanted sell me an old 2021 charm. I asked for a gift receipt and she told they you guys did provide them. Ask again and informed her the person lives in another state. She told to have the person give my name email information. This is not acceptable and poor customer service.

Me and my sister went to Pandora located in Green Hill in Nashville today. We were greeted but it stopped there. I had to ask for assistance. A young lady walked over and helped us. She never told us her name but she was still nice. Nevertheless we made our purchases. We were on our way out but I wanted to purchase some more charms for my bracelet. I asked for a dolphin and the letter T and the young lady stated that they were out. She showed me a locket charm but in rose gold and stated that they have one in silver. She never showed it to me so I just figured they were out. As I was browsing the store some more I saw the charm locket she had mentioned. I asked her was that the one she was talking about and she stated yes. She was looking at the case but I thought she was looking to see they had the silver locket charm. So I walked over to only find out that she was looking at bracelet for herself. One other thing there was a young lady behind the counter that was closer to us but Cori walked over to help assist.

Sales associate was very dry and not engaged in the customer experience. Requested to have my bracelet cleaned and it was returned in 7 minutes. It was not cleaned well at all. I’ve previously worked at a Pandora store so I just laughed when it was returned.

The sales associate that helped us the first time didn’t give us even five minutes to try on anything and wasn’t listening . Then she asked if she can go help someone else because we’re still looking so we left the store. We passed by again and saw it was empty so we entered again and this time the girl looked annoyed . I asked her about rings that were in rose gold and she was like let me just show you all the rings we have then. And walked over to the display and took out all the rings available. While I was looking at them she was distracted and tapping her fingers on the glass as if in a rush . It made me feel uncomfortable and as if I was in the way . All the rings I would try on she would make a face before taking them out . At the end my order was rushed and I feel like I didn’t get exactly what I wanted

Went to get cleaner/get my bracelet cleaned. Took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me.. Then as the asst manager (older lady) cleaned my bracelet, she told me she hoped I wasn’t embarrassed at how dirty my bracelet was. Well, I wasn’t until you said something. She offered to clean it again but I was ready to just get out of there. I bought the cleaner while there so I guess next time I’ll clean it before I go get it cleaned 🙄

This was our second trip 45 min away. The first trip they closed before we could make it in after waiting in line for 30 min. This time only one lady was working she was very sweet but the stress was getting to her. I purchased a bracelet it did not come with a pouch or cleaning cloth. You feel rushed by the ppl waiting outside. It just wasn't as fun as the first time i purchased.

First I went online to check the product and show they had on this specific store, when I got there after waiting in line for 45 minutes found out they didn't have any of the products I saw online. The sales representative didn't offer to check other location or order online. She was kind in a rush since there were a big line waiting "I guess'. End up spending almost $200 on products
