Store opened at 8:00am, and we arrived at about 9:30am. With it being Black Friday, I expected the store to be busy. However we waited over three hours to purchase a ring. We had to put our name on a list and wait to speak with an associate. There was no way to confirm if they had my size. The gold tear drop ring was out of stock online, so I just wanted to check to see if they had it. Staff was extremely nice throughout the whole time. John was great by giving us an update on where we were. If he would have been so calming and polite, I do think a lot more people would have left. Once my name was called, I was able to buy my ring (thank goodness) other wise I would have been super annoyed that I waited that long and couldn’t purchase the ring. My dissatisfaction was with the process. Some clients knew exactly what they wanted. Others really did take an hour to decide (which is why the waiting was so long). I wish that next time there could be an express line for those that already know what they want.

Our sales associate was new, and literally knew nothing about the merchandise, how to open cases, how to operate the register. He said it was his first day- so congrats to him- but he should’ve been paired with someone! Every step of the purchase he had to ask an associate to come do something for him. The poor guy should’ve been following someone or had someone paired to oversee him.

I was visiting from St. Louis, MO and stopped to purchase Nashville charm. The store was very crowded and I was about to leave the store because it was getting late and I wanted to travel back to St. Louis. When my turn finally came after long wait one of the customers who already was helped returned and asked more question and the lady who was helping me made me wait once again to help her.

The sales person was great. While I’m making my purchases,another sales person asked me to move so she could get to her trash can on the customer side while I’m trying to check out. Then she got it and went to the other side and began to open merchandise on counter while my clerk was checking me out in front of me this was Quite inappropriate and disrespectful of the clerk and the customer, me. I live in Mt Juliet and chose to come to Green Hills instead of Cool Springs Store. I shop at Pandora even when I travel abroad and have never experienced this treatment. I hope this doesn’t happen again to another customer.

I asked for selections of purple, and was given limited choices from Nina. I wanted a Mexico charm and she said it wasn't one and we passed the page in the catalog. To my surprise I got home and looked in the book, and guess what a Mexico charm and several purples including the Shimmer Purple. After Christmas, Ill probably return to Cool Springs to exchange the purple one I bought for another.

The first associate was very friendly. She handed me off to another who seemed like she could care less about what she was doing. Her attitude was like I was bothering her making a purchase.

After telling the clerk we do not live near a Pandora store and asking to have a bracelet cleaned that was filthy. We were told NO! Not until after the holidays. They were not busy and we were not in a hurry. I would of Bought other charms but not for a dirty bracelet. Five more minutes to clean a bracelet on a slow Thursday night would have changed my experience to a great one!

They has things in the 50% off case that was in fact not 50% off. My daughter took her own money and picked what she wanted only to find out it wasn't on sale.
