You had 3 people working. One was in the back so technically 2. And a line of people outside. So 2 customers allowed in at a time. On a Saturday night. The 3rd person should have been out front as well. This is how your retail stores will go under. And there was a young lady in the back laughing and cackling so loud the entire time. Very unprofessional. Very awkward.

When we walked in the sales associates seemed unbothered by our presence. When recognized, my sister was asked if the bracelet she was wearing was real. Who does that? I found that to be very rude!

They didn’t have a lot of merchandise. The sales associate was new and seemed to need more help with assisting. Also, she didn’t help with the clasp of my bracelet

The bracelet was not available at any other store or online when the store associate called/checked for me but they had one that look like someone had worn it and brought it back. It was the last one so I purchased it. The manager told the associate to damage the item but would not discount it for me when I ask so they made me pay full price. I only got it because it was the last one. I will be returning it when more come in. I thought that was odd that I wasn’t offered a discount but you were going to damage the item. This place will be the next to go out of business.

Well it was Black Friday so I can't really complain. Everyone was just annoyed and over it in the store.

You discontinued the birthstone charms. That is what I was looking for. You had very few mother/daughter, or daughter charms. I am shocked at the things that have been discontinued. I had waited a long time, too long u guess, to buy birthstone charms for my children. I am soooo disappointed. Something are universal and should stay. You discontinued the cruise ship. Thankfully, I got mine last year. Now new people on cruises don't get a cruise ship charm. I would like to see more dangle charms. They leave room for more charms. My daughter died 2 weeks ago and I wanted her birthstone. Oh we. I can buy one from another company that will work just as well.

Was not disappointed.. however I typically buy my pandora merch at Broyles Jewelers in WV. The nashville Pandora store is way slower . Having to look up prices in a book and working on ipads that werent working etc. Looking back in books to entire item code etc. Took way too much time. The broyles experience is far superior.....
