The store is poorly air conditioned on a regular basis. Also the staff is helpful, but they need more associates to speed up the process on busy days.

Two of the items I was looking for were not available. Many items were out of stock. Sales associate didn't want to call another location to see if the items were available there.

I was in your store 12/20/2022 prior to noon. I was the only one in the store. One sales clerk totally ignored me even though I was standing in front of her counter. The second clerk was on her personal cell phone and ignored me until I finally asked her to assist me with a purchase. The clerk was nice but was unable to tell the the size of the bracket I was purchasing. So disappointed I will likely not revisit this location of Green Hills Mall in Tennessee.

One Sales Associate was VERY rude. The Associate Manager and Manager did a wonderful job of solving the problem but that Sales Associate needs to go.I am sure The DM Lilly would nit be pleased

My complaint is not about the purchase associated with this receipt that I had to complete in order to get access to be able to leave a review. I am a Pandora club member and received an email invite to participate in the Buy 2 Get 1 free pre-sale. I went in person to the Green Hills location and purchased three charms from Kaitlin who was a great sales associate. She was friendly and prompt. However, I wanted to purchase three more charms and the Firefly charm was not in stock at this location. I researched online and found it was in stock at the Murfreesboro location. I also researched and saw that the spinning blue globe was available at the Murfreesboro location. When I drove to the Murfreesboro location the next morning, I was turned away by very unfriendly sales associates (Probably based upon my non-elite appearance). I had to beg them to look up my info to verify my membership. I showed them my email invite. When they finally succeeded, the globe was not in stock after I was lied to by the Pandora web site. I was so disgusted and insulted by my entire experience that I left without giving your company $125 in purchases. I do not want to shop here anymore.

My sales rep wasn’t that knowledgeable about the merchandise & she didn’t take the time to clean my merchandise also the manager was playing with a dog & having personal Conversation with the dog owner to help her staff. My all time worst visit to an Pandora store.
