Not enough sale personnel Prefer everything in the store on sale and not just some items

The customer service rep was not really friendly to me. It seemed to me as she was folding under pressure due to the high volume in the store. I felt rushed because every time I picked a charm she asked if that was all. Also my son picked up a charm and she took it out of his hand without saying please return that to me or please give me the charm. My purchase would have been a little more if I didn’t feel rushed so I purchased very little and just got out of her way.

I took this survey to Express that i am highly dissatisfied about receiving an email. I asked before I have it would I be emailed and i got what I did not want an email. I went to buy a gift I am not a fan of the brand for myself therefore I have no need for a email.

No one in the store could find the bar code in your books to ring up the merchandise. You all need that to be ON LINE

some of the items were out and the debit /credit machine were very slow had to recommend that we go to the register to use my card

When I first entered the store the sales person had a condescending attitude towards me as I was asking about each bracelet. There was another sales person that was friendly, but very talkative and she wasn't making the sales. The sales person lightened up when she saw that I was going to make a purchase she became friendlier, however the talkative lady continued to talk to the point I wanted to walk out of the store without making a purchase. I did make the purchase and I am very happy with my purchase. Jan Sebastian

The 1st associate we had was not being helpful when we was asking about if the item would be at another store, instead she kept saying it wasn't there a few days ago. The 2nd associate came over and took over and was more helpful so we stayed and made a purchase.
